Service Agreement
By engaging CoolWave Systems for HVAC services, you agree to these terms. We provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning systems.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Warranty
All workmanship carries a 90-day warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and vary by brand. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or lack of maintenance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept EFT, cash, and card payments. A 50% deposit may be required for large installations.
Cancellation
Please provide 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
